Procedural sedation increasingly impacts many aspects of pediatric medical care and sedation providers include professionals from a broadening range of disciplines. This educational activity is intended for any health care provider interested in or who provides pediatric procedural sedation including physicians (any subspecialty), dentists, nurses, advanced practice nurses, nurse anesthetists and other health professionals.

EXHIBIT and SPONSORSHIP AGREEMENT

- A minimum of 50% of the exhibit fee is due when the Exhibit Agreement is submitted. Payment is due in full by March 20, 2018.
- Payment for an Exhibit/Sponsor Agreement submitted after March 20 must be paid in full at the time of application.
EXHIBIT FLOOR PLAN
The exhibit hall floor plan will be available soon.
Exhibit space is assigned on a first come, first served basis.
- Exhibit agreements must be submitted prior to exhibit space being assigned.
- Exhibits are TABLETOP – 8’x8′ area
- Space includes a 6 ft tabletop, draped with two chairs
Every effort will be made to accommodate special requests. SPS cannot guarantee preferences for exhibit space locations.
SPS reserves the right to add, move or remove exhibit booths if necessary. The floor plan is subject to change.
The program is available on the MOBILE MEETING GUIDE. The guide includes lecture slides, program schedule, digital posters and presentation schedule, speaker list, attendee list and meeting room locations.
EXHIBITOR BADGE NAMES AND COMPANY/PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
SPS exhibitor badge registrations and product or company descriptions are due by May 1, 2018. Email your badge names and company/product descriptions to Julie Hitt in the SPS office.
NEED TO ORDER EXTRA NAME BADGES?
Exhibitors can order additional badges for booth representatives via the SPS credit card payment form. Badges are $200/badge. Be sure to list the full name(s) for the badges on the payment form.
