Procedural sedation increasingly impacts many aspects of pediatric medical care and sedation providers include professionals from a broadening range of disciplines. This educational activity is intended for any health care provider interested in or who provides pediatric procedural sedation including physicians (any subspecialty), dentists, nurses, advanced practice nurses, nurse anesthetists and other health professionals.

EXHIBIT and SPONSORSHIP AGREEMENT

- A minimum of 50% of the exhibit fee is due when the Exhibit Agreement is submitted. Payment is due in full by March 20, 2018.
- Payment for an Exhibit/Sponsor Agreement submitted after March 20 must be paid in full at the time of application.

Every effort will be made to accommodate special requests. SPS cannot guarantee preferences for exhibit space locations.
SPS reserves the right to add, move or remove exhibit booths if necessary. The floor plan is subject to change.
The program will be available on the MOBILE MEETING GUIDE. The guide includes lecture slides, program schedule, digital posters and presentation schedule, speaker list, attendee list and meeting room locations.

SPS exhibitor badge registrations and product or company descriptions are due by May 1, 2019. Email your badge names and company/product descriptions to Julie Hitt in the SPS office.

SHIPPING – Special arrangements must be made for receiving any equipment, goods, displays or other materials that will be sent, delivered or brought into the Hotel. Failure to do so may result in deliveries being refused or materials being unavailable when required. All deliveries regardless of size must be delivered or unloaded at the hotel’s loading dock. The Hotel’s receiving entrance is open from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Any materials being sent to the Hotel must be marked as follows:

The Hotel does not accept any liability for equipment, goods, displays or other materials that arrive unmarked or fail to arrive at the Hotel. The Group is responsible for insuring its property for loss or damage. Please note the following charges relating to package deliveries and shipment from the hotel: • Pallets or Oversized Packages, Incoming and Outgoing $200.00/ pallet • Packages, Incoming and Outgoing (Up to 25 Pounds) $5.00/box • Packages, Incoming and Outgoing (25 pounds or more) $25.00/box • Envelopes, Incoming and Outgoing $2.50/envelope The Hotel allows boxes/packages to be shipped (3) three days prior to the event will be charged the same charges as noted above for packages. The Group is responsible for Outbound Shipping and must label all packages with pre-paid labels before the Hotels shipping and receiving department will pick up the packages for outbound shipping.

The headquarter hotel is the Hyatt Regency Aurora. Reservations can be made by clicking here. The SPS group rate is $169.00, based on availability, until April 27, 2019. Subject to applicable taxes, 12.25% occupancy tax, 2/75% Public Improvement Fee and other hotel specific fees in effect at the time of this conference.
